Does Galeritas have an elevator?
No, the development does not have an elevator. As a small boutique development that is a low rise it did not make sense to add one. It was important to us to provide a lower maintenance building with low HOA condo fees.
How much are the condo HOA fees and what do they include?
The monthly condo HOA fees are approximately $150 USD. The exact fee varies depending on the specific unit. These fees include the common area maintenance including the rooftop pool area. Inquire for more details on specific questions regarding this.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, Galeritas is pet friendly. However, specific rules and restrictions may apply. Please inquire for more details.
Is there a gym at Galeritas Condos?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a gym. However, there are gyms and fitness centres in the area including one close by at Galerias Mall. This helps keep condo HOA fees reasonable.
Are Galeritas Condos for sale or rent?
All of the condos are for sale. However, there is one suite that is being offered for rent as a short term vacation rental. Please reach out if interested.
Are financing options available?
In the Mexican real estate market, financing is not typically used or widely available. However, we do have a trusted contact that may be able to offer private lending options. Reach if you'd like to know more about private lending options.
